To create incidents in All Quiet by creating a case in Salesforce, please set up our [Salesforce Outbound Integration](/integrations/outbound/salesforce), first. <br /> Within the settings of your Outbound Integration, you can enable the option to [create All Quiet Incidents from Salesforce](/integrations/outbound/salesforce#create-all-quiet-incidents-from-salesforce) and use Salesforce as an Inbound Integration, too.
