To create incidents in All Quiet by creating a work item in GitLab, please set up our [GitLab Outbound Integration](/integrations/outbound/gitlab) first. <br /> Within the settings of your outbound integration, you can enable the option to [create All Quiet incidents from GitLab](/integrations/outbound/gitlab#create-all-quiet-incidents-from-gitlab) and use GitLab as an inbound integration, too.
