To create incidents in All Quiet by creating an issue in GitHub, please set up our [GitHub Outbound Integration](/integrations/outbound/github) first. <br /> Within the settings of your outbound integration, you can enable the option to [create All Quiet incidents from GitHub](/integrations/outbound/github#create-all-quiet-incidents-from-github) and use GitHub as an inbound integration, too.
